I use this one all the time. Good flavour. not too many fats and carbs. And it blends well with insta coffee

Although not my go to protein, or one that i really ever buy - it is still a good protein.what makes it gain its 4 stars for me is the taste, i have not tried a better tasting shake!the profile of nutrients and ingredients is the best/ most optimal so this is where is loses points for me

I've tried quite a bit of proteins through the years and Syntha-6 has come to be my main brand now. The flavors are incredible and I haven't been disappointed yet.Recently I switched over to the cookies and cream flavor and it's excellent. My new favorite flavor.I really like the protein blend as well. I can usually find it on sale at GNC or on Amazon for relatively cheap.

Synths-6 mastered the chocolate flavor. Doesn’t clump and easy to clean. You don’t have to chisel the bottom of the glass either.
