Approved Log Bulking Cycle and Telmisartan source? log

Hello , looking for a source for Telmisartan (Blood pressure medication) which i've seen around as a very good modulator for keeping your blood pressure in check. If there are any other recommendations for something that can regulate or help blood pressure I would appreciate it.
The reason: At the moment i'm awaiting test and anavar , due to a problem with my last order. Instead of going cold turkey i've been using 50mg Proviron. I checked my blood pressure which read at a 122/85 , which is pre hypertensive. It may very well be the Proviron since this is the first time i've used it and I usually don't have blood pressure problems, however because I am going into a cycle , i'd rather have peace of mind.

Current Status: Right now i'm coming from a cut that I went pretty extreme on a couple months ago , dropping from 220lbs , to 175. At the time before that I was focused on powerlifting , but bulked in an extremely unhealthy way , and acrued a lot of bodyfat on top of it , especially with the dbol and deca , I was just a watery mess. My plan atm , is to clean bulk to around that weight again , but my first goal will be 205lbs 8-10% bodyfat.

Compounds: 600 Test a week , 50 anavar ED. If you have better suggestions I'd love to hear them.

Stats: 27 years old. 184.15cm (6 feet .5 inches). 175.6lbs. 10% bodyfat.

Supplements:

NAC: 1200MG ED
TUDCA: 500MG ED
FISH OIL: 2400MG ED
GREEN TEA EXTRACT: 750MG ED
ASHWAGANDA: 600MG ED
ZINC GLUCONATE: 50MG twice a day once a week
POTASSIUM: 450MG ED
MAGNESIUM: 375MG ED
NATTOKINASE: 12,000FU ED before bed
CREATINE HCL: 3MG ED
TTFD: 50MG once every 2 weeks
GLUCOSAMINE&CONDROITIN: 1500MG ED
COQ10: 200MG ED
TAURINE: 500MG ED
VITAMIN K1: 120MCG ED
VITAMIN K2 MK4: 400MCG ED
VITAMIN K2 MK7: 100MCG ED
CHROMIUM PICOLINATE: 500MCG ED
NIACIN: 100MG ED
DHEA: 25MG ED before bed

NUTRITION:

Every day I have 3-4 protein shakes mixed with water , sometimes i'll use whole milk if I want the carbs. My go to is a mix of
1 scoop MRE LITE Banana nut bread protein (Beef isolate, pea, chicken , egg salmon , brown rice protein ,24g protein , 130 cal, 4g carbs)
and 1 scoop Alani nu Confetti cake (hydrolyzed and isolate whey , 23g protein , 115 calories, 4g carb , 2g sugar)
This I serve as a base to get around 150-200grams protein a day.
Most of the week my other meals are 1000 calorie pasta, loco moco 1200 calories , shredded chicken tacos, chicken and rice , curry , once a week I get taco bell (2 double steak grilled cheese burritos w/ 1 chicken casadilla). Country fried steak. Maybe two times a week I have ground chia seeds , or flax seeds.
Sleep has been getting better , body runs extremely hot so 4 out of 7 days a week on average I have good sleep , which i why i implemented dhea before bed.

Thank you.

A doctor seems like a good place to go for this. It isn’t exactly a controlled substance, so you can probably find one to prescribe it for you. Telmisartan is probably the best solution for this, and it has been used so much, with so few side effects, that it gives good piece of mind. I would bet there are gray market ways to get it, but given that it is such a common drug, why risk that.

I didn't think a doctor would prescribe it to me considering my blood pressure wasn't that high or chronic, but it is worth a try. i have heard good things about telmisartan.

your blood pressure is fine man. Normal to have some issues on cycle. Most Americans would kill for those numbers off cycle

ok , yeah reading 'pre-hypertension' seemed like a cause for concern , I know high blood pressure just wrecks the kidneys , and usually kidney damage isn't reversible. I will see how I do on test and anavar , my concern was the anavar knowing both anavar and proviron are DHT derivatives.

Telmisartan has a lot of the same characteristics that people here use Cardarine for, but Telmisartan is both 1) less effective at producing these similar results, and 2) far more tested and approved for human use. Take those for what they are worth.

you have to remember you are running very strong hormones at 5-20X therapeutic dosages. so for your blood pressure to be 5 points high is actually a very good thing

on tren my numbers go nuts. just keep up with your diet, cardio and get on n2guard

once you come off the gear i bet your numbers improve a lot

Telmisartan is a good choice because it regulates the RAAS system, which can get fucked with water retaining compounds. It doesn’t directly lower blood pressure much, so hypotension isn’t a concern. And it has beneficial effects on cardio, hematocrit and lipid ratios. It’s a PPAR-D agonist, albeit a weak one, so think of cardarine, but lower risk lower reward. If it were available OTC, you would have to be an idiot not to take it on cycle, but it is more complicated than that as a prescription drug.

Thank you.
@icecrxm first good start to your log

second you do NOT have high blood pressure lol come on some bodybuilders walking around with 155/90 , no issues at all with you

On the cycle front not bad test and anavar but you need ancillaries too.

cycle layout
week 1-12
500mgs testosterone/week 250/250
50mgs anavar/day 25/25 1-8
ancillaries
7caps n2gaurd/day (organ liver support)
10mgs aromasin/day (anti estrogen)

and your diet training
diet info is a start but we need to see details of your meals foods and when you eat them
training i see no training details please post weights sets and when and how you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

appreciate the input and the edit to the cycle. I primarily don't get any bad sides from test estrogen wise , would you say aromasin is still necessary , or is it better to use to maximize the cycle?

I'd start there first too

n2guard and aromasin are mandatory additions too

Your blood pressure being a little high is still a concern.
