bulking up on my next push

I’m looking to bulk up on my next push with higher volume and use a supplement to give me a little bit of an edge
my next goal is to put on about 10 or 15 lbs I’m currently 155 lbs so I have a lot of room to get bigger
is there a supplement that I can start taking to help me grow a lot faster should I use a meal replacement shake or should I just go with protein powder

Eat, eat, eat and train hard consistently that’s all you need

eating more is smart
but if you want some meal replacements use a lot of protein powder with cardazol/ostazol

Food is obviously the best supplement
 
use a testosterone booster that's a good option too
 
food is always going to be optimal

you'll get good results don't worry
 
15lbs won't happen overnight so just stay focused on doing the right things with your diet and training. I would not add in a protein or meal replacement. Focus on getting in more real food.
