Caffeine problem

Hi And thanks for reading.

I like to take caffeine 45-minutes pre-workout as it takes some of the pain away from the burn of heavy training, and provides some useful aggression.
But my body does not tolerate caffeine well and the caffeine gives me the shakes and a kind of upset stomach feeling.
Is there anything i can take which will increase the effect of caffeine, thereby allowing me to consume less caffeine.
And is there anything which will flush the caffeine out quicker post-workout - so far a search indicates magnesium or peppermint tea may be useful for this

Thanks

How much are you using?

caffeine does not help your workouts, it hurts it

just stay away from caffeine

if your addicted to it then wean off of it. caffeine is a highly addictive drug so unfortunately you can't just stop cold turkey.

the people pushing caffeine for cardio are just trying to sell supps. caffeine revs up your HR, that will make it harder to push more without hitting your max HR. makes no sense at all

You can try taking some taurine with caffeine but generally I use cardazol before training 2-3 caps and it goes down smooth.

bros i never have caffeine issues, try adding some cardazol instead

caffeine is not a problem, its how you use it

The issue is 90% here use, via coffee etc,. way too much already then hit the preworkouts on top. Daily limits are 400mg. I have 4 coffees a day. No preworkout

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated.
I like the buzz caffeine gives me, and the increased aggression, plus also the most important factor for me, it is cheap.
Sorry to sound like a cheapskate, i don't like spending money. and a few tea bags cost nothing - it is a win-win situation for tight-wads.
Is there anything that can flush the caffeine out after the workout, have heard reports of magnesium or peppermint tea

No. Just water.

Check CARDAZOL-NATURAL booster of cardio, stamina, energy, FAT loss

Sound alike you may be using an absurd amount if you are getting those sides.
