It's always related to my goals. Cycle or not I always take in high protein bulking or cutting. I suggest you always lower carb under 100 grams if you're cutting and high protein and higher clean carb if you're bulking.
 
i don't recommend you count calories, that is a huge mistake guys make

Exactly. And if I wanna gain and keep the gains it'd be the same on and off.

blasting - im eating in a caloric surplus

cruising - still eating the same amount of calories to maintain the new gains made during blast and will increase calories again when the next blast starts

this is for bulking when the goal is to get big af
 
Depends on what my goals are at the time but I try to stay consistent.
