Can humans swallow toilet paper?

buy capsules online don't do this

toilet paper is not a good idea to swallow

This makes no sense at all I'm pretty sure you're trolling

Something else. Why bother with the liver powder anyway? It's just protein (meat/offal). Your original plan was add protein to protein. It's only SLIGHTLY richer / higher in certain aspects than the mince.
No my plan was not to use it for protein, i wanted all the other compounds and benefits from it. Its suppose to be the most nutrient dense food.

Are we allowed to mention other forums here? Because some of the other places ive been arnt very nice about things, but you guys are really supportive and interested.
Oh you're an idiot for sure - but you're OUR idiot lol

Overstated at best.

Ok so here it is.

It turns out that my plan actually worked. I put about 2 big teaspoons of beef liver powder onto 1 square of toilet paper (2ply to reduce any damage and to make it easier to swallow), I wrapped it up in a tight ball, put it in my mouth and drank a big gulpful of water and washed it down and to my surprise it was actually extremely easier to get down because the toilet paper dampens so quickly.

Much easier than I was expecting. So easy that i did it again. I could taste the beef liver only a little bit, but the after taste goes away with a few more sips of water. I forgot to take pics i will do it next time.

All in all a very successful way of taking beef liver powder that I will be trying everyday from now on until this jar is finished. So if toilet paper is bad for you (in small quantities lets not forget) then keep tuning in to this thread and see what happens to me.

By the way, im planning on buying another jar of beef organs, but this time it will be equal parts beef liver, heart and kidney. Can anyone tell me what this will taste like? Ive heard that heart is actually pretty tasty but then again people say that about liver.

Liver king says you will love it.. very entertaining thread brother lol

I mean I dont think you’ll be able to find a more nutrient dense food per weight than liver or heart (which i want to try)
I know what you meant. It's overstated. Every so often, thanks to an advertizing promotions expert, a few is called 'super' or, as here, nutrient dense. Yet in many cases such foods are often the 2nd or 3rd best.

Liver has been given the thumbs up since desiccated liver tablets were a thing in the 1950's bodybuilding magazines. Protein wise they ain't that's special (it's all they had then - whey isolate is a load better) and Broccoli and Spinach do well for the Iron.

And you don't. You're buying the powder. Buy the actual meat (aka offal). Cook and eat (like in a stew). You can stuff and roast the hearts

As has been said before (and let's assume you're right (you're not) about how nutrient dense it is) - turning it into a powder means you lose some of the benefits

Agree with mobster

The body knows the difference between powder and real food.

There is a reason in the wild lions eat meat and not powders. But humans we are too smart so we come up with things in labs and spend millions marketing them o convince others to buy them.

Nonetheless I like the experiment. I don’t see you dying from it so go for it.

I agree with you, but chemicals are everywhere these days
This is true but we can control what we can control.
So in ur case use a high quality organic paper made from natty ingredients lol
