I am really happy with how this article turned out. This article makes it a total no brainer for anyone interested in trying carb cycling. There is a full sample diet plan and a weekly overview that tells you what carb day to follow, what body part to train and how much cardio to do on each day of the week.
 
Carb cycling is great - for me it is like the ideal diet. It is very effective and healthy, and yet it is very easy to follow, which is also very important. After all, what's the point in a diet that is hard to follow?
 
I have used carb cycling for years wehther I was powerlifting, endurance athlete or bodybuilding.

While I do Carb-Cycle.
At my Age, I can't eat the amount of Carbs I use to.
So for the Older Guys, keep that in mind when Carb Cycling............................................. JP

My High Carb days don't ever go over 125 grams.
