I'm taking cardarine to boost my cardio and get endurance. Is it better to take it before or after cardio?
and what dose is the best?

I'm not an expert but i will be adding cardarine pre-workout to help with both cardio and lifting with short rest periods in between.

The half life of cardarine is 24 hours so truthfully, it doesn't matter much what time of the day you take it. All that remembers is remembering to take it each day. I personally take my cardarine with breakfast each morning each day so I don't forget.

The recommended dosage of cardarine is 20mg/day. If you ordered your cardarine from sarms1.com, 1mL = 20mg.

I take 20mg an hour or so before my workout. I definitely feel a difference too. I would encourage you to experiment with a few different times and go with whatever works best for you.

You can really take it any time due to the 24 hour half life so getting in your daily dose is the most important thing. For me, I like to take it 2 hours before training/cardio. I feel like I get a nice clean boost when I use it that way.

How bad is cardarine when it comes to side effects?

A possible side effect from Cardarine is Cancer in every organ of your body. With this in mind I'd say side effects are pretty bad.

In the latest studies done in humans - cardarine had cancer preventive properties.

There are a couple reasons for that:
1. The rat study everyone talks about where the rats developed cancer used absurd dosages no one in their sane mind would take
2. In the above study, all the rats were injected with genes to cause the development of cancer and the rats given the cardarine developed the cancer faster. The cardarine didn't actually cause the cancer, it just accelerated the rate at which the cancer grew
3. Rats develop cancer MUCH more easily then human and that's why they are so commonly used in cancer studies
