Cardio burns muscle even while on steroids?

So we all know that cardio Burns away muscle and that we shouldn't be doing it. Listening to guys like Nelson they say that cardio is your enemy and pros don’t ever do cardio.
My question is If I'm actually on anabolic steroids would I still burn muscle when I'm doing cardio?
If i ran 1 mile a day and was doing 500mg a week testosterone enanthate with primobolan would i still burn muscle? Experienced guys only and please cite with actual evidence not bro science thanks
 
well, i run 10 miles per day, 5 days per week and do roughly 2 hours of cardio total each day... I am on cycle right now with sarms ONLY and have gained 10 lbs all while eating in a deficit... so you answer your own question based on that... thats sarms, not even steroids, and while sarms were designed to prevent muscle wastage, there is no confusion that steroids are even stronger...
 
I have to say that Dylan pretty much summed it up. The whole idea that you cannot gain muscle doing cardio has been passed down as nothing more than typical bro science that is completely false and misstated time and time again and has been disproven essentially daily

Too much cardio can burn muscle for sure 100% but if you're on cycle you'll burn less muscle.
 
you build a strong heart with cardio.. weight training alone doesn't come close and if you want the science then grab a heart rate monitor and be your own guinea pig. my resting HR is LOWER today then it was in my 30's when i was weight training 5-6x a week because today i do so much more cardio. your heart will get stronger by being pushed like that. i always laugh when meatheads think that weight training alone is gonna make you in great shape, these are the same guys who cannot even run a mile in under 8 minutes. if you cannot run a mile in less than 7 minutes even then your heart health sucks
 
cardio can burn fat on AAS or not depends on caloric intake

While some burn of muscle is possible, first you will burn fat, but gain on the cycle will continue

1) they do. You can find too many examples of them doing so
2) How much muscle do you think you'll lose doing a mile?
 
You will be fine just dont go running marathons lol.
