Hey Evo fam,
I’ve been skipping cardio during my bulk, thinking it would interfere with staying in a calorie surplus. My logic was that doing cardio would mean eating even more food to remain in the same surplus, which takes extra time and money, things I’d rather avoid.
However, I’ve been wondering if skipping cardio might actually be holding me back from gaining lean mass efficiently. Could doing cardio accelerate lean bulking by improving nutrient partitioning, recovery, or overall performance? Or is it unnecessary as long as I stay in a surplus and train hard?
Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
