What’s up guys? I’m 58 years old. I got into bodybuilding in my 20s and I ran some Cycles. Now, a more into cardio. I jog every morning like clockwork. It’s been a great way for me to stay in shape for my age, I’m 158 lbs and 5’7”.
What do you guys think about me using some testosterone and growth hormone? Should I go with 200 mg of testosterone and maybe a light dose of growth hormone with that help my cardio?
