Gi guys,
I m on a mass gain cycle(danabol sustanon equipose)
Should i perform cardio sessions?
If yes,how many times (also how long)per week?
Thanks.

yes, for two reasons. First, its good for you especially on gear which is bad for you CV to begin with. Secondly, performing cardio allows for better uptake of nutrients, appetite stimulation. As for how many times, what wrong with 3-4 times a week 30-40 minutes either steady walk on a few percent inclined treadmill or a brisk stroll in the countryside. Cardio doesn't hinder muscle growth, not if its steady state, but it will hinder fat gain. Just my old man opinion.

YES. Cardio is very important for overall health. Especially to keep blood pressure under control and for heart health. It will even help recovery by facilitating blood flow to your muscles and by increasing cardiac endurance.

In a bulking scenario where you are trying to gain weight, perform 2-3 cardio sessions per week where you really get your heart rate up for 20-30 minutes.

I personally perform 45 minutes on the stepmill twice per week in the following format:
20 minutes at 70 steps/minute
10 intervals alternative 1 minute at 100 steps/minute and 1 minute at 70 steps/minute
5 minute cool down at 70 steps/minute

45 minutes of cardio will only burn around 500-600 calories. You can easily eat those calories back throughout the day.

Doing cardio is extremely beneficial, and is a must for bodybuilders. The main reason for that is that the heart grows in a healthy manner only with cardio workouts, and not doing cardio makes the heart get larger, which is not good. The heart should increase in size due to stretching, which takes place only when you perform cardio workouts.

always do cardio bulking or not

cardio doesn't burn muscle, what burns muscle is not getting in enough calories to make up for what you burn. that's why endurance runners have such lean muscle mass.

now if you are skinny obviously you don't want to over do the cardio, because you are struggling to eat enough already, but you should still do it

Always do Cardio!!!!!!!!! Steady state for 30-45 mins at least 3 times a week should be sufficient. Gotta keep your heart health brother!

Definitely cardio from my perspective also. Being an endurance base i just cut down my kms to under 10 each session and only did 3-4 per week. Kept me in great shape, minimises the cutting u have to do. Plus its just good therapy. Running is important for my mental state. So will always have it in my routine

i do cardio whether I'm bulking cutting maintaining, whatever, your heart is a muscle and what use is muscles if you cant even walk or jog and you're out of breath just from checking the mail, the intensity of your cardio however does change to achieve certain goals never-the-less cardio is a must

I disagree with the cardio part to some degree. If you lift weights heavy and have little rest time this in itself is cardio. Instead of doing treadmill work you can do 1-2 HIIT programs a week. That is cardio in itself. If you cant push yourself to pump weights without rest tho then the treadmill isn't a bad idea. Different people have different versions of cardio, this is mine

HIIT isn't optimal for burning body fat the way steady state is, HIIT means your heart rate is through the roof pushing you to use glucose/glycogen for energy. Whereas if you keep your heat sub 130 (ish) you can access you body's stored fat.

I like cardio in the offseason to stimulate appetite and to stay leaner. I do about 30min 5-6 times per week. You don't want to do so much that you're body won't respond once you finally do start to cut.

HIIT works best for me. Ive never touched a treadmill or bike really. i pound weights as fast and hard as possible during winter and can shred. In summer tho it does go to the next level when sprint work starts, so in that aspect of cardio i will admit i do. I just can't do the steady state, i get sooooo bored
