Cartanglobal.com let me down

So after using cartanglobal i would have to say they have let me down
At first they were very attentive to me I spoke to them and got my payment over after my order
one side did that and sent them screenshots I'm still waiting to hear anything from them or get my product
it has been now two weeks and no responses at all to my emails
it seems like I've been ghosted unfortunately I don't think I'll get my money back after reading other reviews I made the mistake of trusting these people off of friends experience
