Hello guys,

I am now on the fasted cardio bandwagon and I'm using yohimflame on my belly every day before I head out for my run. I'm looking into these Celsius Energy drinks as a possible boost I can take before my run, the bottle claims this stuff makes you burn more calories than usual. Any of you like these drinks ?

That is a great tasting energy drink and has only 10 calories I really like these Celsius energy drinks. Not sure how good they are for faster cardio but it taste better than most energy drinks for sure.

Nah dude I would really mess with them on fasted cardio. You could do better. They do taste good though lol.

these bullshit drinks hurt your cardio, they do not help.

when you do cardio you have a max heart rate, when you take stims before a run your max heart rate drops. essentially you are aging 15 years taking them in a matter of minutes.

Totally agree - stims before doing cardio really affect your performance, which ultimately impairs fat loss.

Before fasted cardio I like to drink a cup of black coffee for the caffeine and the warmth of the drink will raise your bodies internal temperature and rev up your central nervous system. I usually add a yohimbine pill to this and apply yohimflame to my stomach and lower back area.

Caffeine and yohimbine before fasted cardio can help increase fatty acid breakdown during cardio.

I don't see anything magic about the celius drink. It seems to be just a caffeine and B-vitamin supplement. You could save yourself some money by using a caffeine pill (or cup of coffee) and a B100 vitamin.
