Cerebrolysin I'm in my 40s and want start taking care of my mental health.

Dr says nothing wrong with me but I work offshore oil rig 2 times this year I completely stopped working as I forgot what I was supposed to do. When I was already doing it? Spent 15mins completely blank ended up having a panic attack on the second one caused a problem.
My health is good no drugs or alcohol as we're tested every time I fly out.
