About to go on a clean bulk, just want some recommended foods and tips on gaining mass with limited resources. All we get on campus is a frig, freezer, and microwave, so egg whites are out of question. Been sticking to frozen chicken nuggets and pre-cooked salmon/turkey so far. Any suggestions appreciated.

Why are egg whites out of the question? Thats actually a great option
 
Egg whites are fine in a fridge. Chicken and Turkey breast are also great clean protein options.

You can....BUY OTHER STUFF.
 
chicken nuggets are awful man.. read the ingredients on those.

egg whites i hate, it is just cheap eggs pasteurized..

look i get you are a young guy in college and eating healthy is something new but find a grocery store and use the fridge for that.. then you can buy a small bbq and cook your own food
