Hi everyone! Hope you’re all doing well.
I am 27 years old and have been a lifelong athlete until a severe injury put me out for years. Came back With 51 pounds of fat on me, lost a-lot of functional strength built over since childhood due to bad physios and poor guidance. Came back to the game last year and have have lost 36 pounds since then. I used to compete and I came back and competed as well but my body does’t feel the same anymore even after extensive rehab and strengthening. I mainly do MMA including boxing, wrestling and Jiujitsu.
I feel really weak because of how much weight I had to lose, I’m training hard burning 1000+ calories in a session because of insane cardio requirements. I have done everything I can and I want extra help in achieving my goals. I know a lot of people will advise me against this but please hear me out. This is a 1-2 time thing I want to do to get back to my previous level, it is hard to maintain cardio, lose weight, preserve/gain muscle and maintain performance all at the same time and it has gotten depressing. I built all that over the years and lost it all. Now I have done what I could and I’m aiming to get a cycle in for the last pounds.
My plan:
Bodyfat: 22%
Thinking of running this cycle for 4 months (12 weeks) first 3 months on cut to go from 74 kgs to 67 kgs or maybe even 65 (65 is my ore injury weight I will see how I tolerate the deficit as I am burning a lot of calories but now I also want to maintain my performance)
Once I get to 65-67 range I an looking to go on a very weak ‘bulk’ mainly for strength gains and I am really far from my pre injury strength level.
Main Lifting: 3x a week (Compound movements such as Squats, deadlifts, shoulder press and rows (NO BENCHPRESS might do some incline accessory work that’s it)
Other l accessory work mainly focused on Lower back, glutes and shoulders but these sessions will also include farmers walks, dead bugs and suitcase carries as well)
Body weight exercises during my regular training sessions: During my regular sport sessions a lot of pushups, pullups and heel elevated squats are performed 2-3 times a week.
Sport sessions: will be training 4 times a week, these are very cardio intense sessions including a lot of live rounds and body weight exercises, drills and extensive warmups) I am not going to increase this from 4 days because I feel like I will be burdening my body a lot with 2 a days and want 2 rests days week.
Test: 250-350 mg/w (keeping this low as I don’t want estrogen related sides because of my high body fat)
Anavar: 50 mg Everday
HGH: start of slow with 1 iu everday and ramp it up to 4 ius in weeks
What should I use for estrogen related sides Armidex everyday? Please guide me on this one.
Liver support: Turmeric and garlic supplement, Liv52, Milk thistle, fresh almond milk
PCT: Need advice on this as well, how long, what to run, how to run I have done se research but I need a lot more guidance from you guys.
Please any advice on training sessions, my cycle, PCT and ANYTHING will be worth alot for me!
