hi all, I have a show coming up June 7th, I have got a full sponsorship for this show on the go from my gym, supplement company and lab(s). my routine right now is 4 days a week, until I am 16 weeks out then I will start going 4-6 days a week. my routine looks like this :
LEGS
BACK
SHOULDERS & BICEPS
CHEST & TRICEPS
repeat (depending how I feel I will do 4-6 days per week)
cardio is walking to and from gym plus an extra 20 min at gym on machine of choice that particular day.
GEAR: (I use 3 different labs, so if you have questions about my sources please ask me privately)
Growth Hormone - started at 3 IU per day (20 weeks out). Going to run 4 IU a day at 16 weeks out.
T400 - 800-1200 mg per week. ( TEST E and TEST D) 200 of each.
DIANABOL - 100mg per day
TREN ACE - 100 mg evod until deca arrives, then saving the rest for cut.
ARIMIDEX - 1mg evod

eating as many calories and anything I can right now until I start prep February 2nd at 16 weeks out. keeping it generally clean, lots of fluids to avoid cramping. I will get more specific with my macros and actual meals when I start prep in a few days.
