your back is very thick and i like the shoulders arms bro very much in line with a win @JackD42
noticed you holding some fat and water lower back and love handles, you're too close at 13 weeks out, you need to UP the cardio more and start dialing in the diet, add a few fasting days, you need to tighten up before 8 weeks
