Approved Log Competing at Toronto Pro Super show 2025 Log

I used to bake chicken a lot back in the day. Plain chicken with some lemon. It was basic but it definitely worked.
 
You can definitely food prep for days

Then you can reheat the food.
 
steak rice and peas is really good.
chicken and rice too is awesome!
 
, I started to really appreciate peas in recent years.

Never really ate them before but they're actually pretty good.
 
Day 3 cut
Rest day today . Picked up a bunch of chicken.

I've put on solid lean muscle since then. Roughly 25 lbs over my bulk season .
What did you weigh at your last competition?
 
You did not put on 25 lbs of lean muscle in your last bulk from October. I am calling bullshit. I just looked at your other log and you claimed you were 174.5 lbs at the show. The majority of weight is not muscle gain. It's water/glycogen and fat. You can't use your contest weight and then say your bulk is all muscle gain.

Though 25lbs of muscle is unlikely in a short period I agree, likely water and glycogen.

Short period of time ? My bulking season went from November - March. Taking heavy amounts of EQ, DECA, TEST, GH, DBOL . I Disagree with both of you and you will see when I step on stage at 205 shredded to the core in 11 weeks time.
