I just looked at your other log and you claimed you were 174.5 lbs at the show. The majority of weight is not muscle gain. It's water/glycogen and fat. You can't use your contest weight and then say your bulk is all muscle gain.
Short period of time ? My bulking season went from November - March. Taking heavy amounts of EQ, DECA, TEST, GH, DBOL .
