@JackD42 you look good, but you have the show 15 weeks out? if 15 weeks out you need to get much leaner and flatter on the waist. I suggest doing some fasting like 24 hours water fast, start trying to clear up your system.Switched up my routine today to one body part per day 5-6 days a week. Routine attached and some post chest shots, I did bench press, dumbbell press , incline flyes, flyes and cable crosses with 40 min cardio on stationary bike.
15 weeks out , time to start leaning out.
15 weeks out, really tighten the diet and cardio. You look good but need to tighten a lot right now as you get into 12 weeks. @JackD4215 weeks out, weekly pose down. Cardio and dieting commencing this week.
