I’m going to be doing a competition for the first time. My goal is not to win or do anything special to win a trophy
but I would like to go and at least compete and look good on stage
I know that tren, eq and winstrol are popular
so I’m gonna try those 3
what dosing would you recommend I do so I don’t look like an idiot there
I’m currently 11% body fat and want to get to 8% by show time
I’m 44yrs old and 6’1’’
