V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hello all, been floating around here for a little while and thought I better put together a bit of a log to detail my journey.

A bit of history, I've been training since 2013 with a 2 and half year break just around covid due to work etc ended up losing a bit of mass and strength as you do and recently started back up training serious this year.
I have taken test in the past being normally low test and have run a 500mg test cycle as my first ever and an 800 as the second about 3 or 4 years back now.
Starting back on cycle I was lucky enough to have @SILVERBACK LABS offer to sort me out and have been running 1000mg of test and 300npp for 4 weeks now.

Diet.
Dieting has been fairly lax however when I do count I'm at about 2300-2500 calories a day with a fair high protein high fats diet.
Week 2 and 3 meals were:
Morning- avocado with garlic and lime on low carbon bread with bacon and a glass of orange juice or overnight weetbix with Greek yoghurt and some honey.
Lunch- was either a home made biryani (a rice dish with chicken and spices) or cooked beef mince with vegetables.
Dinner- was generally the other dish or on occasion something that the missus prepared.
I would then supplement this with a protein shake generally using pasteurised egg whites and banana.
Week 4 diet so far has been a bit more strict.
Mon, Tues and today (Wed) have all been the same for meals.
Overnight weetbix for breakfast,
Lunch (generally early) has been beef and sweet potato bake
Pre gym snack - protein shake
Intra workout (a handful of glucose gummies and some amino acids)
Dinner has been the bake again.

Training
Generally I aim to do 4 days at the gym.
Monday- chest usually I'll change to the focus of the day but generally it's more incline focused.
Tuesday- back normally lat pull downs wide grip and then single arms, t bars rows or row machine and stretching.
Wed- legs extensions, 2x calf exercises to grow those bad boys, leg presses and hamstring curls.
Thursday - shoulders and arms the usual stuff for this.
All sessions are accompanied by 1 hour light-mid intensity cardio.

Supplements
Cycle is currently 1000mg test e and 300 npp supplied by @SILVERBACK LABS running this cycle until the 22nd of June as ill be away after that. From then I'll do a cruise at 100mg test 100mg npp for 6 to 8 weeks then jump back into it.
I take 2 magnesium tabs 1 multi vitamin 2 vit c 2 vit b 2 milk thistle and 2 fish oil daily to help keep everything is check. I have both ai and caber on hand as well but generally don't have many problems with e2. Calais also taken at 10-20 mcg a day. Blood pressure gets checked every other day with bloods to be run hopefully towards the end of the cycle.

Current goals and progress.
With not having trained serious in a while I was looking to recomp my body a little and regain my shape and size. Starting I was at a small 80.5kg and about 6- 6'1 fairly lean. Currently morning weigh in was 86kg fasted.
Looking to try and put on some size but keeping the calories a bit lower to force the body to recomp. I'm aiming for the low to mid 90kgs and about over the next 7 weeks.
Will upload meals etc as I go through the week and progess pictures from this afternoon ( I'll get the missus to take a picture)
Gym workout and weights will be recorded going forward as well.

If I have missed anything let me know its my first time doing a log.

Thanks in advance boys 😁

Hell yeah brother thanks for posting this log!

We like that you opt for pasteurised eggs, definitely the best choice you can make for eggs 🥚

Good to see you have milk thistle in your supplement stack for liver support definitely important💪

It’s good that you regularly get your blood pressure checked my bro this is something that is often overlooked 🙏

May the gains begin bro, we will be following along on this log and look forward to seeing what you can achieve 🦍💯

Let’s get it brother 💪💪💪

Lunch for the day boys

Great job on this update bro!

Loving the brekky bro, avo on toast is a classic and adding the mince makes it high in protein, iv never actually thought of that combo before bro but I’m going to have to give a go looks amazing 🔥

It’s good that you’re stretching bro, this is important! If your not stretching your leaving gains on the table 💪

I love how you trained to failure on the seated calves and leg extensions bro that’s hardcore 🦍💯
