Approved Log Coolguy Cycle and Training Log

OK lads got to the gym for a push day food was a little off today but still ate pretty clean.
Training as follows.
(Sorry didn't convert to lbs today it's been a full day of moving all the heavy shit)

17.5kgx13 then 5 pumping

lateral raises supersetted with front raises

Probably going to try and increase my bench and see if I can hit that 100kg again for 4 or so think it's doable.

@coolguy77711 clean and you're looking good very lean and body is tight AF nice base :)
amazing body to the max

and training i like your style pump the arms

Fasted weight is morning is 88.5kg and BP is 110/62
good bp and good weight

lean steak with yams
salmon with brown rice
add walnuts to each meal :)

OK for this week I was going to do a pasta and a rice dish but have nothing for snacks you think some walnuts and maybe some salmon rice cracker would be good?

aldi brown rice and quinoa rice cakes are the go to bro! cheap n easy
rice cakes + aldi almond butter?? ( both amazingly nice )
salmon ahhhhh dude i cant eat that aye just so oily and Yuck imo haha..

@coolguy77711 thats a start , but no rice crackers stick to protein bars just smaller ones
 
why? no rice cakes? dense in carbs?
@Abolone for guys like you that are a bit more hardcore with hgh and insulin, rice cakes are a must, but the OP @coolguy77711 has different goals so for him more denser low Gi carbs like oatmeal are a better idea.

I love salmon haha, fuck that sounds good I'll give it a shot honestly. Looking for something a bit sweet other than my protein shake.

Curious on hgh but slin seems a little scarier haha I'll see how I go after this cycle and the next. I'm sure if I end up doing it @SILVERBACK LABS will help me out.
