OK lads ate a bit over my calories today was on track until I went to visit my mate for a push session and was offered some Thai food. It would be rude not to eat it you know.

😭😭 I already have this week's food has no bread outside of protein wrap for my burrito
Use corn tortilla instead of flour and there’s no gluten ( bloat)

Just hit over 90kg which is a new weight for me.
Test pin day today. I've just been smashing the vg with no dramas which has been good. In a pinch I'll do glute or quad but been pretty good so far.

Food was good today as well had oats and shake for brekky shake was just egg whites sugar free maple syrup and a2 milk. Lunch was beef pad Thai I made but fucked up the sauce so it's really just spiced mince with vegetables and egg noodles. Had a serving of pumpkin potato and chicken soup that the inlaws cooked and then had a toasty with ham and low fat cheese on protein wrap for post workout and a protein shake with wpi.
 
OK bit of a light breakfast this morning.
Had a coffee early as well as my fibre drink.
Having a shake now as well as my stack of pills. Upped the fish oil to 6000mg as well.
Having a fairly low calorie day for the start of the day as I have dinner tonight with the family at a steakhouse.
