@coolguy77711 how long was the fasting in the end bro?OK fasting is going well using water and a sugar free drink to help fill my stomach before lunch. Going to have some yoghurt and a protein shake.
Dinner is a chicken wrap on Lebanese bread (homemade kabab) haven't figured out macros yet but will update.
If low energy might do a small carb hit before gym then another protein shake but using fresh fruit and egg whites as opposed to protein powder to finish the day off.

@coolguy77711 carbs are goodOK ended the day with about 2000 calories I think definitely felt lower today.
First meal was yoghurt at about 11. 120 cal.
I had a protein shake a little later.
Followed by 3 meal one at about 3 for 350 cal.
One pre gym at 450 cal and one late post gym at 450 calories.
Plus a few sugar free drinks and heaps of water.
Some fruit thrown in as well.
Total carbs 150-170g
Pinned 2ml test into vg and 2ml npp into quad(hadn't done quad in a while)
Trained push felt more weak and tired today.
