Approved Log Coolguy Cycle and Training Log

OK update for today did train last night for pull didn't get to track as was really late and my phone died was free curls, lat pull downs, cable curls, single arm rows and some hammers.
4-5 sets each but didn't record weights.

Didn't train today as was moving some stuff out of my old place and ran out of time.
Just means I'll train 7 days next week and start with push for tomorrow.
Going to try some fasting and a bit lower carbs for next week.
Meal prep will be done tomorrow. Will take some pictures

OK fasting is going well using water and a sugar free drink to help fill my stomach before lunch. Going to have some yoghurt and a protein shake.
Dinner is a chicken wrap on Lebanese bread (homemade kabab) haven't figured out macros yet but will update.
If low energy might do a small carb hit before gym then another protein shake but using fresh fruit and egg whites as opposed to protein powder to finish the day off.

OK ended the day with about 2000 calories I think definitely felt lower today.
First meal was yoghurt at about 11. 120 cal.
I had a protein shake a little later.
Followed by 3 meal one at about 3 for 350 cal.
One pre gym at 450 cal and one late post gym at 450 calories.
Plus a few sugar free drinks and heaps of water.
Some fruit thrown in as well.
Total carbs 150-170g

Pinned 2ml test into vg and 2ml npp into quad(hadn't done quad in a while)

Trained push felt more weak and tired today.
warm up 15kg flys to stretch and warm chest 2 sets x12

Honestly just thought I'd give it a go leaning out would be good though. Always been a big fan of a lean bulk
@coolguy77711 if you want to lean out, lets try to cut your feeding window to 8 hours

but protein hows that going?

on the training triceps need more higher reps and volume :)
