Haha yeah I can see that 😅 only carry 1inch needle and don't know about pinning chest or arms might be a bit rough.
I only do it on leg days. I will pin glutes. Not sure it matters, but mentally I say it does, lol.

Oh it definitely matters 😆 where is your normal pin spot if not glutes, vg? Or delts?

Sunday will be food prep day using the meal prep that @Titan Performance has given me I'll update with some pictures etc and how the meals taste and feel.
Should be 3200 calories with 200g protein.
