I've got @Titan Performance coming on board to coach me for the last few weeks of this blast as well. So the next weeks will be his workouts and food.

OK update.
Blood test done. Waiting for the results.
Just grabbing a coffee on the way back then time for food. I have half a muffin to gets some sugars into me. But the rest of the food today is on point.

Got my bloods done lady told me not to lift but comprised and said wait 4 hours.
Took some sneaky tren ace to give me a bit of a hit 🤣
Food was good s little low in carbs but high protein and fats.

Good Cholesterol a little low might have to up my fishy oils.

Yesterday ended up being pretty good.
Food ended up being good. Hit all my macro goals.

Trained push ended up seeing my mate to help him hit a pr etc so this workout is a little different to the one @Titan Performance gave me 😅

Warmed up chest with a some light dumbell presses and flys .

By the time I got to my second set of incline my chest was pretty cooked.
Triceps were Cooked by the end as well cramping while I took my shameless gym selfie.
