Yesterday ended up being pretty good.
Food ended up being good. Hit all my macro goals.

Trained push ended up seeing my mate to help him hit a pr etc so this workout is a little different to the one @Titan Performance gave me 😅

Warmed up chest with a some light dumbell presses and flys .

By the time I got to my second set of incline my chest was pretty cooked.
Triceps were Cooked by the end as well cramping while I took my shameless gym selfie.

Plus gotta go wash the dog and do some house shit.

On an unrelated note my blast is coming to an end I have just over 1 more week then I'm cruising for a while.
Looking at how my bloods ended up I might do a higher cruise at 450mg total gear instead of 250 as well as starting 2iu of gh to help with sleep and recovery before my next blast.

120 on the bench is huge and you done 2, brother you have come so far since you started this log look at that progress pic!! your turning into a animal bro you look like a different person, your on the gains train big time 💪
