@coolguy77711 I dont see need for PCT personally but time off gear 2-3 weeks does help and you can blast again, no everyone needs full pctWell lower dose then no harsh compound just to pull me through. Feel counter productive to run a pct after each cycle just to go back on afterwards?

Did however have a killer egg and tuna dish.
Trained push nothing heavy ad I was still wiped but still felt pretty good.

Some days/weeks are hectic....that's life.....waiting for awesome updates buddy......Sorry lads this week's pretty hectic for me didn't get to train yesterday or log my food properly but food intake should have been pretty close.
Planning on getting to the gym tonight and will update all accordingly.
This is my last week on this cycle then I'll be taking low dose while I go for a holiday.
Will be training while away but less so and might not be able to log it all.

Food been good not perfect I've been getting smashed these last few day. Eating pretty good generally. Still preparing breakfast and lunch as well as home cooked meals for dinner. Snacks have been generally prepped. A few days I've had some take away generally healthy options no maccas or heavy greasy food makes me feel shit haha.
Training last night was pull. Going to try and get a push day in before the weekend should be able to.
