Being flat is just part of the process, it's weird at first over time everything comes back around and u see the ripped transformation and realize it was all worth it.

Cable external rotations
Reverse machine fly.

Incline multi press

Low incline dumbell press

Bent over cable flys

Close grip bench press triceps

Unilateral cable overhead ext.
7.5x12

Cuffed Cross body delt raises.

Db lateral raises

Pull day

Thanks brother I'm currently only doing very small compounds while doing a sports trt plus the 2iu of gh I think that's what's keeping me where I am haha honestly haven't noticed much drop and I've been cruising since end of June.
