I've been so slack with my log as of late boys and I apologise. Low calorie diet and training is killing me haha.
Added in a few sweet low sugar low calories things to help. 100g no sugar jelly at 7 cals.
Black tea and fasting in the morning so I don't feel hungry through the day.
I'm definitely leaning up will do a picture maybe tomorrow or the day after and upload it.
Other then the slight changes to food it's been the same. Looking to keep the cut up until next Thursday. So 1 week from now.
Training has been good will try and upload my workouts more consistently for everyone.

Roller then 3 sets for each warm up.
Yeah I love my incline but I do chest and push both in a week so I make up for it on the second day
 
OK lads yesterday was legs work out 2.
Warm up sets
3 sets ab twists
3 sets hanging knee raises
3 sets step downs.

Working sets
Hack squats super deep.
90kg x 8
50x13

Leg press deep quad bias.
120kg x 15
120x13

Bulgarian splits.
8kg x 15
8 x13

Leg extensions.
80x 15
80 x 13
80x 10

Lying leg curls.
30kgx15
30x12
30x10

Hip abductors
12.5 x15

Seated calf raises

Food been the same calories are still at 2300.
I'm getting used to it so not craving the sweets etc but am hungry.
Sugar free drinks have been my saviour. Where it's an energy drink or cordial.

Split squats are madddddddddddd
They are crazy haha I have a fucked knee from an old work injury so keeping the weight light for them
