Slightly increasing training volume and hitting legs a bit more.

3 sets step downs.

Hack squats super deep.

Food been the same calories are still at 2300.
I'm getting used to it so not craving the sweets etc but am hungry.
Sugar free drinks have been my saviour. Where it's an energy drink or cordial.
