Also bro I try to drink 6 litres of water a day on training days (about 2 gallons for the American bros) hydration is important and it’s far more important when your enhanced brotherheadaches may also be a sign of dehydration

Home made low carb burger with lean beef patty and sugar free sauce for lunch dinner after doing a whole lot of meal preparation was a ham cheese tomato bagel. Cardio still to go for tonight. Then starting ppl for next week with legs mon and Thursday pull Tues and Friday and push for Wed and Sat Sunday will be left for prep and cardio.
I'll be trying my best to actually count my calories for the day and post them from next week as well.
Prep was for burgers to be frozen about 450 cal.
Pork and rice about 640 cal
Hokkien noodles about 500 cal per meal
Overnight Oats about 430 calories.
Will go move into detail with the meals through the week I'm aiming for 2600-3k calories a day.
