Here we are again.
I'm lucky enough to have @Liquid Gold Labs take me on as a logger.
Waiting for the touchdown then I'll be swapping all oils over.
I'm currently working with a coach to help push me.
Current cycle
Current running a conservative dose of test and mast. Alongside insulin at 10iu lantus and should be 2iu-4iu GH but currently out.

Vit D, E, C, B and K2
Zinc
Chromium
Gluatmine
Magnesium
Intra workout carbs.
Creatine
Diet
Currently eating approximately 3140 calories.
Protein 261
Carbs 379
Fats 60.
Have already done my prep for the week but will upload some pictures when I do the next prep.
4-5l of water.
Training
currently training 5 days with check ins every 2nd Thursday.
Monday legs
Tuesday push/pull
Wednesday push/pull
Thursday rest
Friday legs and delts
Saturday upper
Sunday rest.

Pinned today as I'm on daily pins and got to say it's one of the smoothest pins I've ever done.

Training today
Bit of a lighter day in terms of volume as I trained with my mate.
Warm up stuff.

Lat pull downs
70kg-12
100-8
100-7
100-7

Low rows machine
100-10
100-10
100-8

Iso cable pulldowns
24kg-12
24-12
24-10

Dumbell curls supersetted with hammers
17.5 for 3 sets this one was pretty much to failure for all sets.

Curl machine.
Finished off with a curl machine.
10kg a side for 2 sets to failure
5kg to failure.

Intake was slightly above 3300 as I stuck in a chocolate as a pre workout snack.

Workout was good even though it was shorter.

Push day tomorrow.

Currently nice and lowish 300 test 400 mast.
These will change over the course of the cycle.
This weekend I'll prep up the meals and take some piccys along the way.
I was a little slack with the last log but dialing in here.

metformin is Definitely a drug.. An anti-diabetes drug to be exact.
 
a lot of guys are switching to GLP-1's these days.

any reason why you are sticking with metformin?
