It's a medication used for pre/diabetes.
So should keep your hba1c levels down?
Basically increases insulin sensitivity fasted glucose levels and ldl cholesterol readings.
That's my understanding anyway. Maybe @AE1079 could help explain and correct me if I'm wrong. 😁

Lunch today was combined meal 2 and 3.
400g chicken 160g rice and some veges.

All squats and presses were super deep to work the knee flexors.

Tried to push my sets a little.

We are creeping back up in weight fasted weight today was 91.9kg.

Trained pull and push Tuesday and Wednesday.
Kind cooked my lat trying to inject it 🤣 not a gear issue 100% a user error.
Got my Wednesday injection into my lat spot on though.

Tuesday Pull.
Even with a cooked lat I still tried to train hard increasing my lifts etc.
