Weetbix here isn't too bad - American breakfast options usually contain a lot more sugar.
Even with the same product in the U.S vs another country - the U.S version will have a lot more sugar sadly

Is it the wholegrain?
Oats are 100% obviously and weetbix are 97% wholegrains they do have a few more micronutrients as well but look pretty close am I missing something else as well?

OK boys didn't train yesterday due to work fucking me around.
So I'll be doing my post chain day today.
Weigh in at 93.4kg fasted this morning.
Food today is going to be a little off as I have a dinner booked in for with some old friends and they are cooking a feast.
Going to aim to keep carbs high for slin as I will be training today even if it's at midnight.
 
OK boys didn't train yesterday due to work fucking me around.
So I'll be doing my post chain day today.

Bro switch out for creamy rice and protein powder. Some banana 🍌 on top of higher carb day. I promise you will never look back
