Approved Log Coolguys Testosterone Primobolan HGH Growth cycle Log

I love your training.
It's not overdoing it but at the same time, it's plenty of volume.

Quick recap of this year kick-started my ped journey back in may after being off for a while.
Started at 80kg or there abouts.
Ending the year at 96kg.
Been a good year I've learnt alot from everyone here and appreciate everyone's input.
Would like to thank the bbl team for this latest cycle and keeping me active or trying to at least 🤣
Latestly thanks to @BigBoyLabs for the sponsor.
@coolguy77711 awesome progress bro!

Update boys.
Off for new years days and was meant to train yesterday but the missus swapped put my pillow and now my neck is fucked literally went home sick because of it. Still a bit fucked today going to try and get a small leg session. Will update if I get there

Get your normal pillow back. :D happened to me a few years back.

Update. So I must have pulled something in my back/neck spend a good few hours with a ball rolling out the back feels much better today. I'll be doing a light leg session today.
If it's still sore tomorrow I'll be heading to get a massage

I had one Sunday.
We just popped in yesterday for a quick legs session.
Extensions hamstring curls Unilateral leg press and calves 3 sets each nothing too heavy.

OK lads.
Been doing a few light sessions while I was sorting out my back issue.
Thursday and Sunday were rest days.
Wed pull but really short and light.
Friday light legs
Sat light chest.
Today went to see a massage place they said the back was massively knotted.
I'm going to try and do some legs today as well.
Will keep everyone updated 💪

It's a good idea to give delts a break from direct work. I figure incline bench and close grip bench gives me plenty. Of corse I do like to do lateral raises once in a while and I usually do rear delts in back day. I am going to see how doing rear delt machine twice a week goes. on my close grip bench day and on back day.

I believe most people injure their shoulder
from underdeveloped in their back and rear delts. Your bent over barbell rows should be equal in strength as flat bench press. If it gets too out of wack you will have shoulder problems down the road.
