It's been a busy week with changing my work schedule etc.
Calories dropped to about 3800
Peds down as well.
Insulin down.
Training sessions are starting to pick up a bit from the last few weeks now that my back etc is feeling better.
Sorry for not posting up my sessions. I'm going to try and allocate time to put up a few every few days.
As well as some check in pictures as well for the evo fam.
Appreciate everyone's support.
