creatine and trenbolone together stress on the kidneys

Creatine is pretty much all excreted out via the kidneys and Trenbolone is the only steroid known to affect the kidneys and just cause overall adrenal impairment while it is being used. I'm really wondering if it si possible that take together both can be damaging to the kidneys. Creatine shares synergistical effects with steroids like anavr, but Trenbolone the interaction might be too much. opinions please guys.

I think you mean Tren as being the only injectable steroid to affect the kidneys? I agree with Masonic, creatine is like pumping up for a game with 1/4 a banana, whereas Tren is a 500ml Redbull mixed with pre-workout.

One of my colleagues studied creatine supplementation on rats and saw NO increased stress on the kidney's from supplementing with it for 6 months straight. The dose would correlate to 50g/day in humans. Which is an absurd dosage.

As long as you are keeping your creatine dosage sensible (dose 5-10g per day), and drinking plenty of water throughout the day, it is perfectly fine to take with trenbolone.

Trenbolone on the other hand is extremely hard on your body and kidneys. Worrying about creatine is kind of like totalling your car and worrying about the $5 in change you had in the dash.

doctors and medical professionals are under the incorrect assumption that creatine is harmful to the kidney's because they see a rise in creatinine levels in the body. this is simply due to the patient failing to fast. creatine needs to be stopped 2 weeks prior to blood work and you must not lift weights 3 days before blood work to get an accurate kidney number.

also diets high in protein can cause a false number too. it would be like eating a chocolate cake before you test for glucose. the test is rendered useless
