Creatine cycle

For how long Creatine Ethyl Ester can be taken without cycling it, Considering that I have been consuming 5gms per day for the last 45 days.

Please tell me guyz if I should continue or stop using it.

Because I am jus a litle bit aware that if u take creatine for long period body stops producing it, but I am not aware of what the "long period" is...

So kindly help with ur expert views......

I prefer Monohydrate. You do NOT need to cycle Creatine.

it is important to get a good quality creatine which combines mono, pyu and especially HCL

i hate the mixes, they are full of fillers and artificials and dyes to make it look and taste 'cool' to suck in the young crowd. that isn't quality creatine. that is why i recommned ancient strength. it is not mixing and no bs

You don't need to cycle creatine. You will have creatine circulating in your body every day no matter whether you supplement it or not.
