Hi guys, I don't why since I started taking creatine I'm experiencing headaches right after work out and at night , do you think the supplement has to do with it? or it's just because I my work out routine was only cardio and biking and now I went to lift heavy weights, also my diet changed, it went to low carbs and high protein, and my water intake is two liters a day, did anyone have the same issue while on creatine?
