Has anyone else stopped taking creatine because of unquenchable thirst and non stop urination ? I am not sure as to why it has this effect. I have stopped taking it and no longer feel the symptoms to it must be the reason. ANyone else dealt with this before?

The only negative side I had on creatine was muscle cramping at high doses when I was younger. However, I cannot find anything to support that today, so I may have been taking shitty creatine with sugar and crap. That was 20+ yrs ago, so I do not remember.

I take creatine every day, and have for years. Never had this issue. I agree with Steve that there must some other ingredients in the creatine you’re taking that’s causing this. Creatine is a quality supplement that yields results.

Yeah that does not seem right at all. It has to be something mixed in.
Sounds to me like there is more to your ingredients than simply "Creatine". By itself, creatine shouldn't cause increased urination.

Exactly. Creatine won't do that at all. If he tells us what brand it is, it'd be easy to find out what's going on.
If it isn't the product then there is an underlying medical issue here.
