I was curious as to when you can expect to see results of creatine usage ? I just wanted to make sure I am using legit stuff because I dont feel any different after 4 weeks.

i mean if you think you will turn into ronnie coleman from taking creatine for 4 weeks then that isn't going to be realistic

you won't see crazy difference, it will be subtle.. remember creatine is found in food.. it isn't going to be magic

We assume you're taking the right amount (5g a day). It doesn't make you 'feel' anything. And you are training and eating correctly right?
 
You will start to notice the effects of creatine roughly 1 week after starting it.

That being said - creatine is NOT a steroid. You can't expect steroid like results from it. It will slightly increase endurance and strength
 
It's not xanax. You aren't going to feel anything. You need to take it regularly and at correct dosage and correct diet and training. You won't notice anything if those 2 things aren't on point.
 
people see creatine as a magic pill that u take and boom instant results. take 5g of creatine a day will just help and boost ur results.

for example if u dont take creatine u will be at 100% of ur maximum going potention naturaly if training and diet is on point.

but if u are on creatine it will turn that 100% into 102-105%

you see waht i am saying? it wont be that noticable but over time those small improvements will add up and u will be at 500% compared to if u are not taking creatine where u would be at 450%

the percentages are just meant to symbolise ur progress

Show your creatine usage scheme. If you don't feel any different after 4 weeks there is problem with your training/diet/rest, not creatine i think
