I recently purchased some Creatine and I’m curious about cycling. First does creatine have to be cycled, and if so how should my cycle be done? Does my workout routine factor in the cycling? Or is every creatine cycle the same?
it will effect your blood work so doctors are stupid and think it has to be cycled. in reality it isn't effecting your blood work its just that its giving off a false reading if that makes sense.
but alas doctors are too stupid to understand that so they put guys on kidney meds.
I have taken creatine every day practically for the last 6 years in just pre workouts alone and sometimes get bored and eat capsules of them for fun. theres no negative of it.
your body produces it already... you are just simply adding to it in a beneficial way if your running it properly... it does not need cycled as that is just a myth... picking the right type depends on your goals... ancient strength creatine is extremely high quality and i would look into that... www.n2bm.com
