Powering through it though..... Had the 75s up for flat dumbbell press , and was benching 205 , first day back like I said don't need to injure myself. I'm 41 not 21 , I have to remember that sometimes.
Ok my last exercise incline dumbbell flyes , thanks for being with me on this workout guys it's not easy coming back after 2 weeks! Promise I won't bug as much tommorow and I'll even do a post workout posedown. For the rant . Thank you gentleman, am I ever strong thanks to: @pur-pharma-canada www.elitebody.ca
