Here is my current cycle 18 weeks out

Test e 350 mg per week
Mast e 550mg per week
Hgh 3iu per day

Will titrate up each week

Plan is to add tren e and npp dependant on how physique is looking

Will also add clen and winny closer to comp once again depending on how physique is looking

High and low days for macros 5 low two high

you're 18 weeks out and you're just doing test and masteron? not bad :) I think adding trenbolone winstrol closer to the show is better around week 12 but thats guessing, why?

I typically grow into a show so I nitrate up peds as required. This allows me to keep good high.
If I apply tren to early I find I loose fullness and it disrupts sleep. I prefer to keep my health markers in a healthy zone. I am a big believer that keeping cortisol levels low assist in maintaining lean muscle mass.

Currently on around 3500 cal on high days and 2900 low days.
Typical meal plan
60g oats
100g blueberries
Protein powder
Majool dates

Bagel post workout with almond butter and jam

Lunch 2 chicken wraps ((160g chicken) low fat cheese tomato and spinach

Dinner 200g roo mince bolognaise with 87g dry weight pasta

Pre bed
Repeat lunch wraps

On high days add banana, fruit , peckish crackers to add carbs


Highest levels of peds will likely be around 1500mg per week and 6iu hgh per day

5 days meso - focus on shoulder and pec development with a focus on arm growth
Still progressing in strength and increasing weights
Strict 4 second lowering 1 second pause and explosive lift
Coach will program changes depending on check in and physique

10000 steps
No cardio yet as hitting weight loss goal of around 500grams per week

@tmcg thats very clean but you're so close to the show i would swap the pasta for white rice or yams have you considered it?

and when you say highest PED level? whats your final stack going to be this coming few weeks, share it (tren winny+ or?))

You look really good just rechecked pics. I would not use injectable carnitine no need for it.
how about probiotics and full organ support and a multi? I dont it in there

Is this your first show? I don't understand why you would run trenE and NPP into a show. Have you practiced this prior? I would never run long esters closer than 5-6 weeks out. When you drop the gear is when you will really tighten up. Then you'll need that "peak week" to tune it in.

Definitely not first show- npp and tren will be added soon. Pull npp at 6 weeks out and pull tren at 4 weeks out ( sorry should have clarified.) tren a is used as it exits body quicker. Will decrease test around 2 weeks out as well.
Likely add some orals around 6 weeks out.
My issue is I flatten out quickly so the use of npp does help me with fullness as well as anavar

At this stage mens physique and possibly a fgm show.
My previous outing had me 3rd at Ifbb nationals so looking to go two spots better

Yes absolutely- as off 16 weeks diet will only be rice and yams. I have great tolerance for carbs and agree the cleaner the better

I need to be careful with too much cardio too early as I flatten out quickly. Cardio will likely swing into action at 16 weeks out- all steady state stepper. 30-40 min each morning

Daily steps gradually increase in coming weeks but once again depending on how my physique is progressing- coaches plan this year to be ready for stage early

@tmcg sure gotta be careful with cardio but you're close. Extra cardio wont hurt this far out, you'll flatten out but you'll dry up faster and further away from the show so you can fill up and dont overspill.

how many shows have you done?
 
Quick update - weight shifting down nicely- 0.8kg this week. Back coming in.
Teste up to 400mg pw
Mast e up to 600mg pw
Hgh up to 6 iu

Calories same as previous week
Introducing tren a in two weeks

No need for clen yet but will incorporate when required
