Cutting Cycle adjustments Advice

Hello, hope everyone is doing well!

I was wondering if I could get your opinions on my current mini-cut cycle.

I'm 5 weeks into a 12 week cut cycle and while making visual results, I'm at a bit of a stall. Im at a 500 daily calorie deficit, daily cardio 35 min. Training, diet and protein intake on point.

Current Peds:
- Test C 250mg/weekly
- Deca 75mg/weekly
- Semaglutide 1mg/weekly

Weight has remained constant throughout the cut, and Body fat stuck at 18% although somehow my body comp is looking better, muscles definitely fuller and Abs just starting to show. Recently I've been feeling more hunger despite the semaglutide, and fighting late night hunger calls to fall sleep( is the low dose Deca affecting hunger?). Body has sensitised to Semaglutide but I don't want to increase this dosage. Also feeling more tired and harder recovery lately. Will need to up the anabolism to compensate calorie deficit and help recover.

I'm looking to make some adjustments to finish out the remaining 6-7 weeks I can push this cutting cycle. Safety is important for me as this is also a learning experience to see what works for me and not going to sacrifice long term health.

I am thinking to drop the Deca, up the Test to 350mg, and also use Primo or Anavar till the end of the cycle. I really want to hit the 1lb/week weight loss like I should be at this deficit, and get down to 15% BF by the end of the cycle.

Any advice which product, and dosage, you think would be the safest way to achieve that? I am leaning towards the anavar due to safety profile and tissue selectivity in the midsection. Want to get the abs showing if I can. Thanks
 
you need to understand that you are using steroids here.. you are not going to see weight loss per say especially with deca there, even at a lower dose... you dont use steroids to lose weight unless you have a medical need of trt at a low dose, which in turn would help with weight loss until your test levels got to a healthy level.. this is not even close to an ideal way to lose actual weight on the scale.. right now you are building muscle by using anabolics and likely losing body fat but if you are only concerned with the scale, this is not even remotely close to the way to go about it, nor is anavar or any other steroid... semaglutide with perhaps gw501516, sr9009 or even tesofensine would be the way to go...
 
Thanks, I should clarify, my goal is more precisely improving body composition, not weight loss 'per se' but body fat and weight are the only objective metrics I can use to measure my progress. I am absolutely happy with putting on some lean muscle if I can also drop body fat.

I understand I am likely gaining lean muscle, subjectively it looks like that, but somehow my body fat % (according to my scale which may not be the most accurate) seems stalled. Based on my macros I should be losing 1.5lbs a week - but my weight has stayed the same and there is no way I'm building that much muscle at the same rate.

I think I will drop the Deca as it may be retaining water (even at a low dose) and may be slightly affecting hunger.
 
deca will increase appetite. as simple as that

its not a good option for your goals. deca is great for those wanting to bulk up and get bigger/stronger.
 
Yes, I'm on a 500 calorie deficit.
You may not be anymore. You may have to lower cals/raise cardio, shift macros a bit or take a diet brake/refeed period to start the fire again.
You make no mention of what you are eating or your caloric intake. Adding more drugs is not the answer.

This is your problem. I am on a 1500 cal deficit running semaglutide, NPP, Test, and Masteron, and HGH. I am losing about 2lbs per week now. I was losing more but it’s slowing down. Your cal deficit is not even close to enough when taking semaglutide. So far I’ve eaten 500 calories today. I have 1000 more to go.

First your cycle, its hard to say if its right or wrong, but 75mgs of deca wont do much if anything, its over 150mgs where the sweet spot is.

With semaglutide its not clear why you're even using it.

Here is the problem, this is legit issue, we dont know you, we know NOTHING about you except you are saying you have this or that bodyfat and so on. Really, the issue here is we need more info from you.

please give us more info asap, start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, put your diet, training, cardio sleep and cycle info there so we can guide you properly not just do a guessing game for 10 pages in this thread, just wasting yours and ours time.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

The guys are right. The deca is increasing the hunger and you aren’t in enough calorie deficit
