Cycle advice to prep for my wedding.

Hey all,

First off, I just want to say thank you to those who hit me up on my initial post.

I have a wedding coming up in abit over a year. And I am currently on 250mg of trt weekly which I feel great on. But I want to add clen and anagar into the mix to speed up the cutting process. But am not sure of when to take and off days etc.

Ive been unable to train properly for the last 8months due to bicep and shoulder surgery. But am all clear now. So essentially starting from scratch weights wise. I’m 38 , 6’7 and 120kgs Ive lifted most of my life but I usually do a 3 on 1 off repeat. My cardio has been rather slack just walking the dog in the morning and 25 mins on the stat after a session.

My diet I try to keep around 2000-2200 Cal’s a day. My sleep varys abit between 6-8hrs. I hope Ive given enough information if now I will update if required.

Any sort of information about how I should run trt, clen and anavar cycle would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need drugs right now. You need to fix this and get to a point where you are stalled and have optimized your diet/training. Drugs will not overcome these issues.
Why not get a log going so we can help you get on the right track?
 
you have plenty of muscle memory ready to go

just take it slow so you don't get a repeat of the injuries you got before. start a log and post up your full pics and info.

With a base of TRT, adding anavar and clenbuterol can do well for you but it's hard to say because we know very little about you.
If you want real feedback and real advice from the EVO family, you will need to share with us.
But, how do you share? it's actually very easy. Takes about 15-20min to start up a LOG journal in a NEW thread with your TRT info, training, diet, sleep, cardio, supplements and history, and we will guide you and support you in building your cycle and getting results.

HOW-TO:

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Neither of those is really going to do anything for fat loss. Anavar is a steroid and steroids increase muscle protein synthesis. Clen might to something for fat loss but the results are very small and the side effects are brutal. If you just focus on training, fasting, and run some Cardarine, you will have much better results without the side effects.
 
Let us know what type of training you're doing. Cardio will be essential to build a strong and good-looking body.
 
Now is a good a time as any to start your own log.

This will help us help you get in the best shape of your life.

I want to see you look the very best you can.
 
Gonna be an awesome log to put together. You are a tall dude. 6'7" is Big. Just make sure you keep an eye on your joints.
