hey guys I decided to do a log for this blast and give an insight to everything that goes on, I’m already 1 week into this cycle before I started logging but only at half the doses just to let my body to adjust to new compounds.

Bf: 12%

Current blast (@HybridLabs for my choice of AAS)
1 - 12 test e 750mg
1 - 10 npp 600mg
1 - 10 dhb 400mg
1 - 5 anadrol 75mg
1 - 5 novorapid 12iu pwo
T3 at 12.5mcg
Aromasin 12.5 eod (adjusting with bloods every few weeks)
Ok so the length of this cycle will be based on my bloods and health markers and if they stay in a good range I will be running the blast longer but also taking compounds out and adding new compounds in (primo/tren/var) or just increase dosages. I’ve been cycling and blasting/cruising for many years and I know my body very well as I spend more time seeing what works for me and what doesn’t. What compounds agree with me and what don’t as by checking bloods.
The goal
Growth phase but to keep it lean and I been carb cycling where I alter carbs as to my growth weekly/fortnighly so atm my days look like this
High days: 804 carbs
Medium: 579 carbs
Low: 306 carbs
4 training days a week 2 cardio days (off days) and one day of no cardio and no weights just to let body heal (structured like this as I’m not in 20’s anymore so my body responds way better to this)
Week 1:
Start of weight (119kg fasted)
This week was just introducing the other compounds into my system at half the dose to get my body primed for it. I have filled out a bit but I’m assuming this is from the insulin or possibly anadrol but it looks good so far. I weigh 122kg as of today fasted and it’s a high day so I’ll be going full throttle with back/traps.
